An den höher gelegenen Stationen der Alpen wurde verbreitet 90 bis 110 km/h erreicht, auf dem Weissfluhjoch und Piz Martegnas wurden sogar 114 resp. 117 km/h gemessen, auf dem Eggishorn im Oberwallis waren es 122 km/h.
